Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the spiv7 platform. By accessing or using spiv7, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out in this document.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and access any real-money product on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. spiv7 strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of any funds held in that Account.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for and marketed to players who are physically located in Indonesia. Users located in jurisdictions that explicitly prohibit online gambling under applicable local law are not permitted to register or wager on the Platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from spiv7 or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new Account or access any real-money product during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion may result in permanent account closure.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances on all associated accounts.
2.5 Acting on Own Behalf. By registering, you confirm that you are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party. Registering an Account for use by another person, or permitting another person to operate your Account, is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money products on the Platform, a User must complete the spiv7 registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent account updates is accurate and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your Account without refund of bonus balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. spiv7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify spiv7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. spiv7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of first withdrawal, when a withdrawal request exceeds a threshold determined by the Company, or when the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misrepresentation. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
3.5 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the spiv7 support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. spiv7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will communicate material changes to Users with reasonable advance notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to the User's Account balance in real time or within a processing window not exceeding 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. spiv7 charges no platform-side fee on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by the User's bank or e-wallet provider are the User's responsibility.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform's payments information page and are subject to change. Users are responsible for verifying current limits prior to initiating a transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times are as published on the Platform. spiv7 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above the thresholds specified in the Company's internal compliance procedures.
4.5 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit wherever practicable, as a fraud prevention measure. The Company may request additional documentation if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method than the one used for deposit.
4.6 Currency. All balances, wagers, and transaction amounts on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. spiv7 does not apply currency conversion charges. Any conversion performed by a User's bank or payment provider outside the Platform is outside spiv7's control and responsibility.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. spiv7 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee as permitted under the Company's dormant account policy. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting the support team.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by spiv7 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as a no-wagering offer, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible products, and expiry window are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per eligible Account unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
5.4 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions. spiv7 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting calendar events, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as BRI Liga 1, the AFF Cup, and the FIFA World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are valid only for the durations stated in those terms.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. Any conduct that the Company reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion with other Users — will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.6 Company Discretion. spiv7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to decline to award or to reverse a bonus where these Terms or the applicable promotion terms have not been satisfied.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by spiv7. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or bets that the Company has reasonable grounds to believe were placed with knowledge of privileged or insider information.
6.2 Sportsbook Markets. spiv7's sportsbook covers domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1), international club competitions (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, MotoGP, badminton, and esports. Market availability, odds, and betting types — including mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to change without notice based on event availability and risk management decisions.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the delivery, settlement, or recording of a game or wager — whether in the sportsbook, live casino, or slots — spiv7 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the User's Account. No compensation beyond stake return will be payable in respect of a technical malfunction.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a live game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection on the User's side, spiv7's standard disconnection policy will apply as published on the Platform. The Company is not liable for losses arising from the User's internet or device failure.
6.5 Final Settlement. The outcome of all bets is final once officially settled by spiv7. In the event of a settlement error, the Company reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time, including after funds have been credited. Any funds credited as a result of a settlement error that are subsequently identified and corrected may be reclaimed from the User's Account balance.
Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of the Platform:

This licence does not include any right to resell, reproduce, frame, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
9.3 Third-Party Game Content. All intellectual property rights in those game titles remain with their respective owners.

11.1 Platform Availability. spiv7 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruption, and the Company will provide notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spiv7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if spiv7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where spiv7's liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss, that outcomes are determined by chance (or by sporting events beyond any party's control), and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. spiv7 does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spiv7 holds its international gaming licence.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a User and spiv7, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Users should contact the support team at [email protected] setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. The Company will respond within five business days.
12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of the User's initial contact, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution process available under the Company's international gaming licence. Details of that process will be provided to the User upon request.
12.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
13.1 Right to Amend. spiv7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
